ABOUT PRODUCTBEACON
ProductBeacon exists because too many ambitious companies are stuck between two bad options: hire a full-time CPO they can't yet afford, or muddle through with someone who hasn't done it before.
ProductBeacon was founded by Yohay Etsion, who spent 17 years building and leading product organizations at NICE and Cognyte, managing portfolios north of $200M and teams of 30+.
At NICE, Yohay led product management for enterprise security platforms serving Fortune 500 companies. At Cognyte (formerly Verint's cyber intelligence division), he ran the product organization through a public listing and beyond.
That experience revealed what works at scale: how to build product strategy that survives contact with reality, how to structure teams that ship consistently, and how to make decisions under pressure with incomplete information.
ProductBeacon brings that same rigor to startups and scaleups, augmented by AI tooling that lets a fractional engagement deliver full-time depth.

After nearly two decades inside large product organizations, a pattern became clear: startups and scaleups need senior product leadership, but the talent pool is thin, expensive, and slow to hire.
Meanwhile, traditional consultants deliver strategy decks and leave. The CEO nods at the recommendations, files the PDF, and nothing changes. The problem isn't insight. It's execution.
ProductBeacon is built on a different model: our product leader sits in the chair, owns the outcomes, and ships the work. Not advice from the sidelines. Embedded leadership that produces real deliverables every week.
And with AI augmentation, one senior leader can deliver the output of a 3-5 person team. Not by cutting corners, but by accelerating the analysis, research, and documentation that normally bottleneck product leadership.
The operating manual for product organization leadership.
"Leading the Charge" distills 17 years of building and leading product organizations into a practical framework. It covers everything from structuring your first product team to scaling a 30+ person org, from making decisions under pressure to building the processes that let great products happen consistently.
The same frameworks and methodologies from the book power every ProductBeacon engagement.
