ProductBeacon was founded by Yohay Etsion, who spent 17 years building and leading product organizations at NICE and Cognyte, managing portfolios north of $200M and teams of 30+.
At NICE, Yohay led product management for enterprise security platforms serving Fortune 500 companies. At Cognyte (formerly Verint's cyber intelligence division), he ran the product organization through a public listing and beyond.
That experience revealed what works at scale: how to build product strategy that survives contact with reality, how to structure teams that ship consistently, and how to make decisions under pressure with incomplete information.
Today Yohay runs his own businesses on a governed AI workforce, and ProductBeacon installs and operates that same workforce for clients. The discipline of a real product organization, compressed into a stack one operator can command.
